Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s 6-3 decision to grant Donald Trump complete immunity as President?

No, Trump should NOT be above the law! Yes, Trump should be immune from prosecution.

Are you concerned that the MAGA Republican majorities in Congress will let Trump get away with his unconstitutional agenda?

Yes, and we have to take back our majorities! No, I’m not concerned.

ONE MORE THING BEFORE YOU CLICK AWAY:

At Equality PAC, we’re working alongside top LGBTQ+ and allied Democrats to defend our democracy from Trump and his MAGA Billionaires.

But with only 29 DAYS left before Election Day, we're still $9,781 short of tonight's urgent fundraising goal to keep our TV Ads and voter turnout teams running...

We CAN'T abandon Democrats in states like Ohio, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, and more!!!

So we're activating a HUGE 3X-MATCH on all donations tonight to SWEEP the midterms! Will you rush a donation to Equality PAC now to help elect Democrats and STOP TRUMP?

3X-MATCH: I'll chip in $5 to elect more Democrats! >> 3X-MATCH: I'll chip in $25 to elect more Democrats! >> 3X-MATCH: I'll chip in $100 to elect more Democrats! >> 3X-MATCH: I'll chip in a custom amount to elect more Democrats! >>
